Cooperative Education & Internship Program
Translating Your Dreams into Reality
Attorney, journalist, physician, stockbroker, teacher, fashion buyer, social worker, computer programmer, television anchor, accountant, research scientist, banker, advertising executive - have you ever dreamed of one day entering any of these fields? At Saint Peter's, many of our students enter college hoping that this will be their first step toward achieving their professional dreams.
Our Cooperative Education & Internship Program Dream Team stands ready to assist you in translating your dream into reality. Our goal is to prepare you to move forward on the path towards clarifying and realizing your dream by providing the support, encouragement and connections you may need.
From the moment you enroll at Saint Peter's, you can expect regular communication from us regarding opportunities relating to your major and/or career interests, as well as regular follow up from our staff once you enroll in the Program. If you are uncertain about a major and/or a career goal, we can't imagine a better way to figure things out than by testing out your ideas in a real world work setting.
If you have settled on a major and/or a career choice, we feel it's important to experience what it's like to work in that field, prior to graduation. Through the Co-op & Internship Program you might even find that your first choice wasn't the right one; if that should happen, you have time to choose a different major and/or explore another career.
So take a few minutes to explore our web pages and learn more about the Cooperative Education & Internship Program. We look forward to meeting you and working with you to achieve your dream!
