Deposits and money types

Deposits

Deposits are accepted in the form of  cash, personal check, or credit card.  Please make payments at the Enrollment Services Center, located in McDermott Hall.

If you would like to make a deposit over the phone with a credit card, please call the Enrollment Services Center at 201/761-6050.

There are currently four money types which you may find on your OneCard:

Munch Money

Munch Money is included as part of a student meal plan, and can only be spent in the Hospitality Services.  Any Munch Money left over at the end of the Fall semester will carry over to the Spring semester if you sign up for a meal plan in the Spring.  Munch Money does not carry over past the Spring Semester.

If you would like to sign up for a meal plan, please contact the office Residence Life.

Flex Dollars

Flex Dollars can be spent for all services, including Hospitality Services and the College Store.

Dining Dollars

Dining Dollars are similar to Munch Money, in that they can only be spent at the Hospitality Services. However, Munch Money only comes from having a meal plan, and Dining Dollars only come from having made a deposit.  In addition, Dining Dollars include a 5% bonus with your deposit.  For example:  If you deposit $100 for Dining Dollars, you will get $105 added to your card.

Advantage account

Advantage Account is identical to Dining Dollars, but is only available for Faculty and Staff.
