College ServicesAnna DePaula, Manager, College Services College Services consists of Cleaning Services (contracted to Collins Building Services), the College Bookstore (contracted to Follett College Stores), and the Mail Room. Other support functions performed by College Services include centralized purchasing and contracting, project work, construction, and conferences. Maintenance RequestsMembers of the College Community may submit a Request for Maintenance online. Driver's Insurance RequirementsIn order to drive College-owned vehicles the Authorization to Release Motor Vehicle Report Form and a copy of the requestor's driver's license must be filed with the Office of College Services. Please note report processing takes 5-10 days. Key Authorization RequestRequest copies of keys with the Key Authorization Request form. Because it requires signatures it must be printed, completed, and returned to College Services. |
