Bachelor of Arts Elementary Education
The Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education allows individuals to become certified teachers. All Elementary Education students who wish to receive a State of New Jersey Teaching Certificate for K-5 are also required to complete asecond academic major chosen from those offered in SPCS.
The Elementary Education program consists of:
- Core. 60 credits
- Interdisciplinary Courses. 24 credits.
- Education Courses. 24 credits.
Core Requirements
The bachelor’s degree programs all require students to complete 60 credits of liberal arts and sciences courses that provide the foundation for the degree.
