May 2008 Outstanding Staff Member
Gail Guarini
Saint Peter’s College is pleased to announce that the recipient of the May 2008 Outstanding Staff Service Award is Gail Guarini, Coordinator of Campus Ministry.

Gail’s Story at SPC
Gail was hired in April of 1999 as a full time Clerk-Typist III in Financial Aid. In January of 2001 she became an Enrollment Specialist. In September of 2002 she was promoted to Office Manager of Enrollment Services. In September of 2004 she became Coordinator of Campus Ministry, her current position.
What SPC Loves About Gail
Gail is a kind-hearted individual who always excels in making both Campus Ministry and Community Service events spectacular. She somehow manages to be the mom to students and staff alike.
I truly cannot say what a great co-worker she is…just too many ways to describe how amazing she is. She is organized, giving and always willing to lend a helping hand when she sees you going crazy with too much work, even if she has way too much work of her own.
Gail consistently performs her duties in a pleasant, professional manner. She is an asset to the College.
Mission and Ministry: Betty, Kate, Doug, Gail, Mary Sue and Fr. Papaj
What Gail Loves About SPC
What Gail loves most about Saint Peter's College is the comfortable, welcoming atmosphere which makes it feel like “home away from home”! She loves that each day she is surrounded by young adults who enjoy life and are vibrant, caring students enthusiastic about making a difference in the world today. Also working with co-workers who are truly dedicated to the concept of “educating one student at a time” by their compassion, genuine caring and love for each student who enters our doors makes it a pleasure to come in each day and be part of the team.
Gail After Hours
After hours she enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband of 27 years have four children and two dogs. They live in Rutherford, New Jersey. She looks forward to the summer at the Jersey Shore where they spend time “making memories” with friends and family in their home in Bradley Beach. Gail loves New York City and the convenience of getting there in no time at all to enjoy all it has to offer, traveling and dining out as much as possible!
Gail’s Wishes for SPC
Gail’s wish is to see all students at Saint Peter’s succeed and achieve their highest potential by studying hard and going forth after graduation to make Saint Peter’s College proud by their example of being “men and women for others”.
